Elijah Poritzky
Former Division I team captain. Professional tennis competitor. A firsthand perspective on the journey from junior tennis to the next level.
I've been in your shoes.
Tennis has shaped my life, taking me from junior competition to Division I college tennis and into the professional game.
At Furman University, I competed at No. 1 singles and served as captain of the men's tennis team. My experience has also included professional competition, international travel, and hitting-partner opportunities at tournaments including the US Open, Indian Wells, Cincinnati, and Mallorca.
Those experiences taught me that success is not just about talent. It's also about planning, relationships, adaptability, and finding an environment where a player can thrive.
I founded Advantage Tennis Consulting to share that perspective with families making important decisions about their own journeys.
